BPH was founded by Awele, a beauty business strategist with over a decade of international experience in makeup artistry, beauty education, and brand development. She holds an MSc in Management from the United Kingdom and has worked with leading global beauty brands like MAC Cosmetics and Estée Lauder. From building successful makeup studios in Lagos and the UK to consulting for beauty entrepreneurs and brands, Awele brings a unique mix of hands-on experience and academic expertise.
